All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment status.    

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first.
